1. What Abhyas is
Abhyas is a study app with practice questions for Loksewa and engineering exams, written-answer practice that a person marks, and progress tools. It is an independent product. It is not run by, or connected with, the Lok Sewa Aayog or any government office.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your username and password. One account is for one person: please do not share it or sell access. We may suspend accounts that are shared or abused. Give us accurate contact details so we can reach you about payments and marking.
3. Free trial and payment
New accounts get a free trial with full access for the time shown in the app. After that, continued access needs a payment. The amount and the payment details are shown on the payment screen before you pay. You pay by transfer and send us the transaction ID and a screenshot. An admin checks it, and your access opens once it is approved. Approval is done by a person, so it can take some time.
4. Refunds
Access starts as soon as a payment is approved, so payments are generally not refundable. If you paid twice by mistake, or your payment was approved but access was not granted, write to us and we will correct it or refund the duplicate.
5. Questions, answers and accuracy
We work hard to keep questions and answers correct, but mistakes happen and exam rules change. Use the report button on any question that looks wrong. Abhyas helps you practise; it does not guarantee any exam result.
6. Fair use
Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish the question bank, and do not try to break or overload the service. Written answers you upload must be your own work.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Abhyas running, but it may sometimes be unavailable. Chapters you have downloaded keep working offline. We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do, and continued use means you accept the update.
